- Tasting note: Deep ruby/purple core with a bright crimson rim. Intense, ripe raspberries and cherries with overtones of vanilla and spice on the nose. Very good fruit intensity of raspberries and black cherries with well integrated vanilla oak influence. This wine has soft round tannins and a good length.
- Food pairing: Enjoy this wine with pasta dishes especially with rich tomato sauces, barbecued meats and hearty vegetables. Great with big beefy stews cooked in wine or with a touch of chilli.
